1. General Overview

SMMBazz provides premium digital assets, including verified social media accounts, payment gateways, crypto exchange accounts, and review services. By placing an order via our WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use our services legally and responsibly.

2. Ordering and Delivery Process

  • Manual Processing: All orders are processed manually through our official support channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) to ensure quality and security.
  • Delivery Time: Most ready-made accounts are delivered within a few hours of payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer, and an estimated timeframe will be provided at the time of ordering.
  • Asset Handover: Upon delivery, you will receive full login credentials (email, passwords, 2FA codes, etc.). Once delivered, you become the sole owner of the digital asset.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via major Cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH), Payoneer, Perfect Money, Wise, and Direct Bank Transfers.
  • Services will only be delivered once the payment is fully cleared and verified by our billing team.

4. Warranty & Replacement Policy (Crucial)

We guarantee that all accounts provided are 100% verified, active, and functioning perfectly at the time of delivery.

  • Checking Warranty: You are required to check the account immediately upon delivery. If you face any login issues or receive a defective account, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: Once you successfully log in and secure the account, the warranty ends. SMMBazz is strictly not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, limits, or holds that occur due to your actions. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Logging in from flagged/blacklisted IP addresses without proper proxies or VPNs.
    • Violating the terms and policies of the respective platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Binance).
    • Engaging in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital and sensitive nature of these assets, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an account has been successfully delivered and accessed.

5. Review Services Policy

For our review services (Google My Business, Trustpilot, etc.), we provide a non-drop guarantee for a specific period (discussed during order placement). However, we are not liable for reviews removed due to sudden major algorithm updates by the respective review platforms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use any accounts purchased from SMMBazz for any illegal activities, money laundering, scams, or actions that violate international laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of malicious intent.
